Funeral plan timeline

Buy a plan online or by calling us on 0808 169 4534 (9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday)
You’ll receive your funeral plan documents within 30 days of buying your plan.
Your funeral plan documents will contain 2 information cards that you can pass to your next of kin. This will allow them to get in touch with us easily when the time comes.
When you’re completing your plan application, you will be given the option to choose a nominated representative. We’ll send a letter advising them of your funeral plan and providing them with contact details for us and your funeral director.
We will send you a customer statement every 3 years to ensure all your details are up to date. Changes can be made during the lifetime of your plan.
When the time arrives, your next of kin should get in touch with a funeral director to let us know that you’ve passed away. They will take care of supporting your family in planning the funeral.
